Apart from a variety of frilly garments that have been aired from time to time at the Sheriff Hutton Roadshows, we seem to have avoided underwear for far too long! 

Janet Stain is a lively local speaker and collector who kindly agreed to give us a full day, in order to show all her goodies. We enjoyed a light-hearted event with plenty of humour!

The good ladies of the Salvation Army provided coffee on our arrival, a hearty lunch and an afternoon cuppa.
